Typically something that’s labeled "HD Ready" lacks an ATSC (aka digital) tuner for OTA HD programming (i.e. with an antenna). This is one of those terms that’s incredibly nebulous and means different things to different people.

Check the specs. If it supports a 1920×1080 resolution, it’s what most people would call a "Full HD" or "1080p" TV.
